My Least Favorite Part


soooo, as you may have picked up on in my last video i am not one of those blessed and i mean BLESSED girls who doesn't have to work her ass off at the gym in order to stay thin. for me it is a daily mental battle to not only work out, but to avoid eating all the foods that make me happy. you know the ones, chips, pizza, ice cream, french fries, cheese, pasta, mexican food, chinese food, frozen yogurt, chocolate, butter, bread, any thing at a sushi restaurant other than sashimi, any salad-dressing other than balsamic vinegar and olive oil, salt, WINE...basically anything that may excite you to eat. since i love food so much though, i usually end up eating things i'm not supposed to and have to kick my own ass at the gym every day. while i'm working out, i usually think of whatever i ate the night before. and by think about i mean i imagine the the food as a little villain saying "haha, you're fat!" and as i sweat he's getting punched in the face until i lose that pound and he finally dies. strange i know, but whatever keeps me going right? i think the culprit for the double chin may have been the glass of wine (or 3) i had the night before...that or the bag of pistachios i ate with it.
